Australian Deliveries

ZALIAH delivers FREE using Australia Post Express services. As soon as your order has been placed, an email will notify you of your order. Once we have dispatched your items by signature express post (PLEASE NOTE: This can take up to 4-20 days to dispatch) an email will be sent to you containing your tracking number and the items will be sent by Express Post – next day delivery with signature required on arrival.

URGENT EXPRESS ORDERS: 2-4 DAY DELIVERIES - Please email tiarne@zaliah.com beforehand if you need your order urgently prior to purchasing and we will get back to you immediatley with answers, as this can be done.

 

International Deliveries

International orders are charged a flat rate $40 shipping charge, regardless of how many pieces you purchase. As soon as your order has been placed, an automatic email will notify you with your order details. Once we have shipped your piece/s, we will email you with a tracking number.
All International orders will be shipped with "signature on arrival".

International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 7-15 business days, depending upon your location. The post will require a signature upon arrival.
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Note: ZALIAH unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES: Please email ahead of time if you would like your order urgently, as there can be a slight delay in your order arriving in peak time. Orders can take up to 2-12 days to arrive, however we endevour to get all orders out before the 25th December.
